Our Approach

​At Bon Via, we believe in leveraging our expertise from working in a multitude of consultancy assignments in various industries to support your business strategies and enhance organizational effectiveness. The company was founded by me, Lina Reineby, and my skill set is built on working many years within the People & Culture field, as a consultant within Big Four firms as well as in line roles.
